*UPDATED* 11/2 Council Meeting Start Time

I posted the Mayor's earlier post in error, not realizing the Council had agreed to try to get back to City Hall by 2pm. Our Council meeting, which is posted for 2pm will start as close to that time as possible. Please ignore my earlier post saying we would start at 4pm.
