Indigenous Peoples' Day Revised Draft Rsolution

Council Member Houston wanted to share with everyone that she has revised the Indigenous Peoples' Day draft resolution to say:

2nd whereas clause: ...States now recognize Columbus Day also as Indigenous Peoples' Day...

1st be-it-resolved clause: ...hereby recognizes the Second Monday in October also as Indigenous Peoples' Day and Columbus Day...

4th be-it-resolved clause: ...to also recognize as Indigenous Peoples' Day.
