Item 57, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

I will be proposing the following amendments to Agenda Item #57 as discussed at Tuesday's work session:

Amendment 1: In the first Be it Resolved clause, add “the Strategic Housing Blueprint” to the list of plans with which the City Manager will assess alignment so that the clause reads “…aligns with the City’s Analysis of Impediments, Fair Housing Action Plan, Assessment of Fair Housing, or Strategic Housing Blueprint as applicable; and…”

Amendment 2: In the 2nd Be it Resolved , add at the end of the last sentence “and those recommendations adopted by Council will be included in the Strategic Housing Blueprint Implementation Plan…”

Amendment 3: In the 3rd Be It Resolved, add at the end of the sentence “and that those protections adopted by Council be added to the Strategic Housing Blueprint Implementation Plan.”
