Colleagues,
I'm sure most of you have this information, but just in case: the Envision Tomorrow analysis is available online on the Code Next site under the "Supporting Documents" subhead (proposed item #1 on list below), and last night at 7:20 p.m. Frances McIntyre of the League of Women Voters emailed us extensive materials related to #2 on our list below.
Suggested topics for 5/31/17
(1) Envision Tomorrow analysis
(2) Process and procedure changes in Code Next text
(3) Timelines
(4) Corrections process
Best,
Kathie Tovo

Re: Code Next work session 5/31/17
Suggested switch out of agenda items:
Please move the infrastructure needs and planning / flooding to another day for the CodeNext discussion.
I would like to allow for 1.5 hours for this discussion - 1 hour will likely not be sufficient.
I suggest switching out topics with the June 14th. Alternatively - switch out with June 21st.
Thank you
