Date for consideration of MileStone PUD, Bull Creek Road

All, at our Council meeting Thursday I supported postponing the Grove at Shoal Creek PUD baseline setting to October 8. It wasn’t until Friday that I realized I’m going to be out of town on Oct. 8. I emailed the mayor to let him know and suggest that we move the item to October 15, or another date, if the agenda for Oct 15 is full. I appreciate everyone's support for this request; I would very much like to be part of the conversation when this case returns to Council this fall. I understand the item will still appear on the Oct 8 agenda, and would be postponed at that meeting with a new date provided at that time.
I would also request staff notify all parties to the PUD soonest that a postponement will be requested.
