Members of the Audit & Finance Committee:

We are scheduled to meet this Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 9:30 AM.

Items 2 and 8 on the Committee Agenda relate to potential appointment of member(s) to the Municipal Civil Service Commission. Item 2 is the potential Action item. Item 8 is posted for us to go into an executive session to discuss the item.

You have received information regarding potential members. I simply wanted to highlight this item so that people would be able to prepare for the meeting.

My plan is to take up this item as the last item on the agenda, even though it’s posted as Item 2.
