Special-Called Council Meeting Schedule 12/18/25

Council—

Here is my plan for the special-called council meeting tomorrow.

We will begin promptly at 9:00 am. Please note that the meeting starts at 9:00 am. We will start with a presentation from staff. Followed by questions from Council.

We will then hear public comment on the items. Speakers will have 2 minutes. Speakers will be able to donate time. Speakers wishing to donate time must coordinate with the City Clerk prior to being called. All parties (speakers and donors) must be present in person to be eligible for donation of time.

After public comment, we will then have council discussion followed with a vote.
