Ellis Amendment to Item #84

Colleagues,

Below is a small amendment I'd like to offer to Item 84, CM Ryan Alter's IFC regarding underground electric lines, which I hope will be accepted as friendly. The intent is to ensure we're considering our street tree goals, requirements, and opportunities as we think about where and how to bury power lines.
