Colleagues,
I would like to provide a small, friendly amendment to item 40 on this week’s agenda. Specifically, I want to explore opportunities to incorporate coordinated assessments in our HMIS system during emergency shelter events. Some community members are difficult to access, but may be willing to engage with public services during these extreme events.

I believe we can help make connections to supportive services in these difficult moments. I ask that our staff and service providers consider this in their emergency plans.
