1/27 Council Meeting

Colleagues,

Here is the general plan I recommend for the 1/27 Council Meeting. We have 117 speakers signed up on “Morning” items.

- In the morning, we will hear the 23 speakers signed up on items other than hotel items. Each speaker will get 3 minutes.

- Noon - Citizen Communication - 4 speakers are signed up and will get 3 minutes each.

- Lunch break after the Citizen Communication Speakers.

- 2 pm – 19 zoning speakers signed up, but some are on postponed items . Each speaker will get 3 minutes.

- 3 pm – 94 speakers on hotel related items (#27-32) Speakers will get 1 min each
