On behalf of CM Ellis, please find below a new motion sheet for Item 11 on the October 1 agenda, the DSD Contractor Registration Program resolution. A few elements (subpoints d-g) have been updated or clarified from the September 17 motion sheet V2, based on discussions with DSD staff, but it is largely similar to the previous versions.
