Sign Ordinance - Item 113

Colleagues,

I intend to bring an amendment to Item 113 (sign ordinance) that makes certain limited allowances for off-premise signage at transit facilities in the public right-of-way. Below is a link to a rough draft, and my staff is working with the Law department to clarify and finalize the language, but I wanted to share this for your review. We will post an updated link once the motion sheet is finalized.
