Thursday's Meeting Plan

Dear Colleagues,

At work session we agreed to a late start for our council meeting this Thursday. As this is not our normal practice I thought it might be helpful to share some additional logistical information via the Message Board.

I am hopeful that we can begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. I intend to break for Citizen Communications at noon and then complete any outstanding non-zoning items. If we move efficiently through the agenda, we will break for lunch before returning for zoning at 2 pm. After zoning, we will return for public hearings at 4 PM. Music and proclamations will be at 5:30 PM.

At this time I am aware that Council Member Houston intends to request postponement of the Loyola Landing case and related items (40-45). Staff has indicated they will request postponement of items 34 (and related item 33 presumably), 46, 47, and 49. I expect item 37 will be withdrawn. If you have any other items to postpone, please let me know as soon as possible.
