MobCom at 1pm: ACT Plan, 6th St Safety Pilot, Climate Grant, and More

Post by Julie Montgomery »

On behalf of CM Ellis:

Colleagues,

Tomorrow (Thursday)’s Mobility Committee meeting will include three briefings from TPW that you may wish to hear regarding:
- The draft Austin Core Transportation (ACT) Plan for downtown;
- The 6th Street vehicle access pilot program (co-presented by APD); and
- The Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) implementation program.

We will also hear our standing update from the Urban Transportation Commission on their recent recommendations (this month: ACT Plan, I-35 Frontage Roads, Austin Light Rail) and review the monthly City of Austin Mobility Report. All meeting materials can be found here:
https://www.austintexas.gov/department/ ... 0-mobc.htm

I invite all of you to join us on the dais or remotely, or to have your staff listen in. Please let my COS Julie Montgomery know if you need a Webex link. We start at 1pm!

Thanks,
Paige
Chief of Staff
Office of Council Member Paige Ellis, District 8
