Thank you, Council Member Kelly, for bringing forward Item 40. I’m proposing an amendment that I hope will be accepted as friendly. This amendment seeks to provide additional details and guidance for the stakeholders engaged in this process and to align with the written standards for cold weather shelter developed by the Cold Weather Shelter Work Group.
