10/13 Agenda Item that will be on Addendum

Colleagues,

CM Pool, CM Fuentes, CM Harper-Madison, CM Ellis and I are cosponsoring an IFC for the October 13 agenda that just missed the posting deadline -- so we’re posting it here (and have requested it be added to the agenda addendum for a week from now).

Posting Language: Approve a resolution relating to balancing development requirements that reduce development capacity or affordability with options that offset those requirements; and initiating amendments to Titles 25 and 30 of the City Code.
