I was pleased to be able to hear the staff presentation at today's work session, and to be able to lay out my motion sheet that re-affirms our community and City priorities for the redevelopment of this site. I am linking it below - please share any amendment language so we can all review it before Thursday.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Council Members Casar and Tovo for the motion sheets you both provided on the St. John's project. Those motion sheets provided an excellent foundation and inspiration for the one I offer here, which was crafted in collaboration with our Ryan Drive Working Group members. Thank you for your work in building those carefully crafted documents.
