Colleagues,

Here is the general plan I recommend for the 4/22 Council Meeting. We have about 54 speakers signed up overall.

- In the morning, we will hear from about 20 speakers at 3 minute each.

- Noon - Citizen Communication – 4 speakers at 3 min each.

- Lunch break: after Cit Com Speakers

- 2 pm – 30 zoning speakers at 3 min each.
