After the recent memo and presentation at work session regarding the COVID spending framework, which highlighted that vaccine distribution costs are 100% covered by FEMA, I am offering a small amendment:

Mayor, thank you for offering the friendly amendment. I agree that it is essential to highlight the opportunity for the City Manager to utilize this type of FEMA assistance available for reimbursement and that our direction is consistent with Item 111 (Framework for the American Rescue Plan) as we strive toward making the vaccine, and other critical services, accessible to all.
