Colleagues,

Here is the general plan I recommend for the 3/4 Council Meeting. We have about 109 speakers signed up overall.

- In the morning, we will hear from about 83 speakers at 1 minute each.

- Noon - Citizen Communication – 10 speakers at 3 min each.

- Lunch break: after Cit Com Speakers

- 2 pm – 16 zoning speakers at 3 min each.
