Here is the general plan for the 12/10 Council Meeting.

- In the morning, we will hear the 22 speakers signed up. Each speaker will get 3 minutes.
- Noon - Citizen Communication - 1 speaker is signed up and will get 3 minutes.
- Lunch break after the Citizen Communication Speaker.
- 2 pm – 25 zoning speakers. Each speaker will get 3 minutes.
