Colleagues,

Here is the general plan for the 12/3 Council Meeting.

- In the morning, we will hear the 26 speakers signed up. Each speaker will get 3 minutes.
- Noon - Citizen Communication - 4 speakers are signed up and each will get 3 minutes.
- Lunch break after the Citizen Communication Speakers.
- 2 pm – we will hear 6 zoning speakers. Each speaker will get 3 minutes.
