Here is the general plan for the 10/15 Council Meeting.

- In the morning, we will hear the 18 speakers signed up. Each speaker will get 3 minutes
- we should have time for a few items before noon Cit Com
- Noon - Citizen Communication - 1 speaker is signed up and will get 3 minutes
- Lunch break after the Cit Com Speaker
- We will hear the 66 zoning speakers at 2 pm, each will get 2 min.
