I want to provide a point of clarification on the term "gender-neutral access". This wording is intended to indicate that people of all gender identities should have access to safe, sanitary, and convenient diaper changing stations. It is not limited to gender-neutral restroom facilities. We had received this question from a city department, so I wanted to provide that clarity.
