On behalf of Council Member Ora Houston -

I propose we remove "Lone Star Rail" from Part 1.(B)(2) and amend it to read:

The Mobility Committee may review land use as it concerns mobility, all transportation modes including, roads, aviation, public transit, pedestrian programs, bicycle programs, ground transportation, taxicab regulations, commuter or high capacity rail, core transit corridors, and related matters.
