Council Member Houston would like to let everyone know that she will be offering up an amendment to Item 52 on the agenda tomorrow at the Council Meeting:

Striking "past and future" in the heading of the ordinance and striking "Part 3" entirely, rendering what is currently part 4 as the new part 3.

We will provide copies of the proposed changes tomorrow.
