Colleagues,
As I mentioned in work session, please see the motion sheet linked below with an amendment to item 9.
This amendment approves all funding awards, and allows the staff process for negotiating contracts to proceed for all organizations. The language directs staff to return to council with contract provisions related to compliance with labor laws for contracts awarding Organizational Support Core Funding that involve City property.
