Hello all,

Attached are the Motions and Resolution that Council Member Kitchen passed out at work session yesterday for discussion purposes and possible action at this Thursday's and/or next Thursday's Council meeting. Council Member Kitchen continues to finalize the language in light of legal constraints related to bond issues.
