I am still working with council offices and our law department on potential amendments to the draft resolution that is part of our contract with the voters for the mobility bond, however I have posted below the latest red-lined draft for your review. I will post any additional proposed changes as soon as possible.

Below is a link to a further revised draft resolution that will be offered for Council consideration tomorrow, and incorporates changes requested by bond counsel and council members. This is language that both Council Member Kitchen and I are prepared to support tomorrow, subject to final review by bond counsel.

Insert in the second Resolved clause a new Sub Section (D) and adjust all other sub sections as needed:

(D) In reviewing and approving the Corridor Construction Program, the City Council shall be guided by the same priorities and considerations as apply to the City Manager as set out in Sub Sections (A), (B), and (C) above;
