Red Bluff Hotel Partners Agreement

Here are the agreement and site plan we have reached with the Red Bluff Hotel Partners. We are asking that the Council support our appeal with the conditions outlined in our agreement. We ask that you not deny the appeal so as not to violate the spirit of the Waterfront Overlay, which we worked so diligently to preserve.
