Colleagues,
I previewed this during our budget work sessions, but I am bringing forward two small amendments to our fee schedule that will hopefully put more money in the pockets of our creative community:

Alter Motion 1
This adjusts down the fee for the application to use the public right of way for a film production and brings it in line with peer cities:

Alter Motion 2
This creates a tiered fee structure for Sound Impact Evaluations, offering a lower-cost opportunity for smaller, temporary events to come into compliance:

I will note, the fiscal impact of both amendments should not be at a level that would require a budget amendment.
