Colleagues—
I’ve attached an updated list of council committee and regional appointments based on the message board discussions. We still have a few committees and open appointment spots to discuss in anticipation of the January 28th work session. Here is a quick summary of openings, and a link to the full list.
Council Committee Openings:
- Housing and Planning
Regional Appointment Openings:
- Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG)
- City of Austin Employee Retirement System Board of Trustees (COAERS)
- Clean Air Force of Central Texas Board
- Community Advancement Network (CAN)
Link: http://assets.austintexas.gov/austincou ... 081309.pdf
Here is the list of groups that likely no longer need appointments due to their inactive status or completed work.
Inactive Regional Groups:
- Colorado River Floodplain Coalition
- Regional Affordability Committee
- Psych Services Stakeholders
- Criminal Justice Coordinating Council
We are very close to getting this done before Tuesday. If you are interested in any of the open spots, please reply to this thread.
Thanks again for all your work. Looking forward to our first work session of the year.
