Item 91 - PDA / Density Bonus

Post by Alison Alter »

Council Member Harper-Madison,

I support the direction your IFC (item 91) is heading to improve opportunities for community benefits in a PDA. I would like to ask if you would include childcare in bullet 4 as a type of affordable space to be encouraged. A revised bullet 4 (line 51) could read '4. Affordable retail, childcare, or cultural arts space," .

Could you also please point me to the Exhibit A referenced in line 28 of the resolution?

Thank you,

Council Member,

Thank you for extending your support. We would love to incorporate your revision to add childcare as a non-housing community benefit. We will add your edit to Version 2 of our draft resolution to be uploaded as backup by tomorrow morning.

'Exhibit A', as referenced in the draft resolution, can be found under Item 91 on the Council Meeting Agenda web page.

Thank you again for your consideration,

NHM
