Colleagues,
At our meeting last week, several of us expressed a desire for more direction or information on the guaranteed income pilot (item 21 on next week’s council agenda). I offered to make a first draft of such directions after talking with Chief Equity Officer Brion Oaks. Linked below are some he thought appropriate. I invite others to post edits or additional directions for consideration.

On behalf of Mayor Adler and myself, we invite our colleagues to join us in support of the Guaranteed Income Pilot Program (Item 21) at a press conference on Thursday morning. The press conference will be held at 9 AM on the steps of City Hall. If it rains, it will be moved to the indoor atrium.
