3/25 Council Meeting

Colleagues,

Here is the general plan I recommend for the 3/25 Council Meeting. We have about 150 speakers overall tomorrow. I think that due to the number of items we need to handle tomorrow, the meeting will extend to after dinner. Because we have 62 speakers signed up on items #27 and #117, we plan to take those speakers in a separate batch after dinner.

- In the morning, we will hear from about 47 speakers at 2 minute each.

- Noon - Citizen Communication – 9 speakers at 3 min each.

- Lunch break: after Cit Com Speakers

- 2 pm – 32 zoning speakers at 3 min each.

Dinner break at 5 om

-6 pm – 62 speakers on Items #37 and #117 at 1 min each.
