I cannot support Item 86 as written even though I very much support getting emergency relief to musicians, artists and their industries. The existing funds for music and art need to be maintained so the creative industries can help lead us into recovery.

Here is an amendment to item 86 that attempts to support the original goal with funding that does not undo important associated initiatives and which might still fit under the very specific posting language:
