Dear colleagues,

Earlier today I shared several outstanding questions regarding the term sheet with the City Manager and with Greg Cannally. My questions are largely focused on the enforcement provisions and other protections afforded the City (or not) within the scope of the current terms. I have asked that the answers to these questions be posted in advance of Wednesday’s meeting.
