Work Session 10/21/25

I wanted to let you know what I was thinking for the work session tomorrow.

We will start promptly at 9:00. The first thing we will do after calling the meeting to order is to go into executive session to interview three candidates for City Auditor. The Charter declares the Audit & Finance Committee as a Nominations Committee for this position. The Audit & Finance Committee voted to nominate the three people the entire Council will interview tomorrow.

Following the interviews and any discussion, we will continue with the executive session and hear from Austin Energy on the posted item.

After completing the executive session, we will return to chambers for the briefing from staff that is on the agenda.
