Please find a redlined Version 2 of Item 52, the Vision Zero Traffic Enforcement resolution:

Version 2 incorporates feedback we received from the Austin Justice Coalition and others after posting the original resolution, to explore feasibility of civil servant-staffed and technological alternatives to traffic enforcement for reducing traffic deaths. We appreciate their input!
