Colleagues,
Here is the general plan I recommend for the 2/4 Council Meeting. We have about 235 speakers signed up to speak. 5 of those are on zoning cases.
- In the morning, we will hear from about 154 speakers at 1 minute each.
- Noon - Citizen Communication – even if not quite done with morning speakers, we will hear from the 1 Cit Com Speaker who will get 3 minutes, then return to finishing the morning speakers.
- Lunch break: Will take this as close to noon as we can, but might end up being closer to 1 pm
- 2 pm – 5 zoning speakers, each will get 3 minutes
- 3 pm – speakers that are signed up on #61 (hotel purchase), about 75 speakers at 1 minute each
