TNC Ordinance Language

Post by Ellen Troxclair »

Hi Mayor,

Do you have the final language for the ordinance that you and Council Member Kitchen intend to propose tomorrow regarding TNCs? It is very difficult to be prepared to make a decision about this, or any other important issue, when we do not have information about what will be included until just hours before our council meeting when we are expected to vote. I understand that you expect many of the concepts to be similar to other proposals that were made available only a few days ago. However, there have already been significant changes made to the original language and it's important for the public and our colleagues to have the ordinance as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Ellen Troxclair

Thank you. Is this language still intended to replace agenda items #56, 92, and 95? Do you still intend not to move forward with items #93 and 94? In other words, is this ordinance and item #96 (moving the effective date of the December ordinance to Feb. 28th) the only items that you and Council Member Kitchen intend to put forward for a vote tomorrow?

Thank you,
Ellen

There was a slight error in the posting. Here is the correct ordinance language:

This is posted as backup for Item 92.
